Gene Golovinsky

VP Security R&D, Intuit

Gene Golovinsky, VP Security R&D at Intuit, is a highly accomplished technology executive with a diverse background ranging from large enterprises to startups. During his 8+ years at Intuit, Gene led acquisitions of Israeli startups Porticor and Imvision, served as Intuit Israel’s General Manager (almost tripling the site in size), introduced the entire site to its new offices in Petach Tikva, and celebrated our continuous rise within the national Top 100 Great Place to Work ranking.

 

Prior to joining Intuit, Gene served as the VP R&D at Limelight Networks, Chief Architect and Director of Qualys,  VP R&D for AlertLogic and held various technology leadership positions at BMC Software.

 

Gene is often invited to speak at various industry forums. He is a co-author of several patents and industry standards. Gene has a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from St. Petersburg University of Communication and Transport (PGUPS) in Russia.
