Adriana Antunes Winkler, Esq., is a Data Protection Officer and leads the Latin America, Middle East and Asia data privacy and protection program for Reyes Holdings, a multi-billion organization that holds the 6th position in the rank of the largest privately held company in the United States. Adriana is also the President of the Data Privacy and Protection Commission for the Brazilian BAR Association in Brasilia, the capital of Brazil, since 2020. She is a professor and a researcher and has been advising public and private organizations with Data Privacy and Protection legislations (LGPD, GDPR, PIPA, PDPA, etc.) for many years around the world.
