Brigadier General El Mostafa RABII is laureate of the Royal Military Academy in 1986. He holds a Master in Computer Science from the University of the Bundeswehr in Munich and a Master in Defense Security from the Royal College of Higher Military Studies. He has held several positions of increasing responsibility within the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces. In December 2012, he was appointed Director of the National Center Emergency Response Team.
