Haim Pinto is a High-energy, results-oriented executive with over 25 years of experience. He is a confident leader who is instrumental in working with Business units and clients to achieve extraordinary goals. Holding senior leadership positions both at the customer and vendor side, allows Haim to bring a unique and deep perspective on technology driven business. He partnered with many of the Fortune 500 companies in support of designing, architecting and delivery of solutions to address business needs through strategic innovation.
Currently Mr. Pinto is the CTO of Business Architecture at Cisco Systems Israel, where he is leading the executive business engagement with strategic accounts. In addition, Mr. Pinto is championing in-country innovation activities transforming the way Cisco is engaging with the local market. Prior to that he was the CTO at Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s largest retail bank where he was focused on identifying disruptive technologies in effort of driving innovation and designing the “bank of the future” thorough a multi-year strategy. Before returning to Israel in 2016, Mr. Pinto was the global head of Client Experience in the Morgan Stanley’s Enterprise infrastructure CTO office in New York.
As an active member of the Startup community in Israel and NYC, Haim is in constant contact with entrepreneurs and VC’s, looking for the next disruptive technologies.
In addition to his Role at Cisco systems, Mr. Pinto is also an active member of the Israeli Academia, teaching 2 academic courses in the Double Major B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration at Reichman University (the IDC) and an innovation focused Fintech course at the Technion MBA program.
