Avi Tenenbaum is a business and technology entrepreneur, who founded his first start-up – Pineapple, in 1992. Following the sale of the company in 1998, Avi was appointed as the CEO of “Israel On-Line”, and later held other senior business roles in technology companies working from Hong Kong and Singapore. Between the years 2001 – 2013, Avi held senior roles at ECI Telecom, leading its business in Asia-Pacific to substantial growth and later heading its global sales and marketing – a business of US$1b spanning a global presence across all continents. Since 2013 Avi has re-focused on leading and growing technology ventures in AI, IoT, and Cyber Security. In 2015 he co-founded The Clinician, a digital health venture that has been rapidly growing since. In 2021, Avi was appointed as the CEO of Cyviation with a mission to create the leading cybersecurity partner for the Aviation industry. Avi holds a BA in Economics and East Asian studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
