Mrs. Tali Shemer is the National Programs Director at the CTO office, Israeli National Cyber Directorate (INCD). Mrs. Shemer leads national level programs for secure adoption and defense utilizing advanced technologies such as Cloud, 5G, AI etc. In her previous roles in INCD, Mrs. Shemer served as Critical Infrastructure Guidance Officer, Cybersecurity Guidance Manager of communication and financial sectors and lead the 'Nimbus' cloud defense program. Mrs. Shemer holds an MBA and Business Administration &Information Systems BA with honors both earned from the College of Management.
