Mrs. Chen Bartash-Levanon leads the commercial and administration legal team in the INCD and is the legal counsel to the Technology Unit, consulting on large scale technology projects. In addition, Chen serves as INCDs Data Protection Officer (DPO) and is responsible for all data privacy matters throughout the organization. Chen is Lawyer and Economist, highly experienced in internal legal counsel, with special expertise in Commercial Law, Privacy and Data Protection, Product Development, Cyber Law, and Labor Law. Prior to the INCD, Chen served as an officer in the Military Advocate General in several roles. Chen holds an LLB, LLM, and BA in economics - all from Tel-Aviv University, and is CIPP/E certified.
