Lipsker joined Imperva in 2018 as Data Security Vice President of Engineering and has held a variety of leadership roles such as Israel GM, SVP Product Dev., and more. Before joining Imperva, Lipsker was Vice President of R&D at Cellebrite, and held executive positions at Polycom. Lipsker earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences from Bar-Ilan University and an EMBA from Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
