Currently serving as a Sr. GRC IT Policy Analyst with a focus on the identification, assessment, and potential of emerging technologies in the A.I. Cybersecurity, Data Governance, and Quantum arena.in support of the mission. For another public sector client, my focus was on transforming the organization from tactical support to a strategic 'Trusted Advisor' through the CIO’s Strategic Vision. This involved implementing emerging technologies, streamlining processes, reducing costs, and enhancing customer service value. This required transitioning the contract team to a more integrated environment, developing and delivering ITIL training, and leading process audits to enable measurable improvements. Significant achievements include the development of an ITSM Program Plan, adoption of a Service Maturity Model, and the establishment of an IT investment inventory aligned with federal guidelines. Other successful projects were conducted for organizations such as Bankers Trust NY (now Duetsche Bank), Army Research Laboratories, and the U.S. Mint, involving strategic planning, ITIL implementation, and systems development. Major accomplishments at a public sector client included increasing server availability, improving customer satisfaction, optimizing scanning schedules, and executing infrastructure upgrades, including virtualization and network enhancements. Cost savings of $750K were realized through data storage consolidation.
