With more than 25 years of international business leadership, Robin has built a career guiding companies through complex expansion, digital transformation, and strategic positioning across global markets. Before co-founding NXT Horizon, Robin held senior leadership positions at global consulting and research leader Frost & Sullivan, including Partner & Managing Director for Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, where he led teams, shaped growth strategies, and drove business transformation across sectors such as technology, healthcare, and financial services. Robin also spearheaded Frost & Sullivan’s expansion into Japan, establishing one of the firm’s most dynamic markets and building cross-border growth frameworks for global clients. His career includes executive roles with Gartner Inc., where he helped launch operations in Japan and China, and entrepreneurial ventures focused on market entry and go-to-market strategy services. Robin has also Founded several start-ups in Japan that supported the market access and growth for some international firms such as Gartner Inc, Ovum Research, Jupiter Research and Voxware where he was key to securing the largest global client NTT. Robin holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a degree in international business from Hofstra University. He speaks multiple languages and has worked across North America, Europe, and Asia, bringing a truly global perspective to NXT Horizon.
