Ms. Tali Shemer is the Director of Advanced Technologies at the Office of the CTO, Technology Division, within the Israel National Cyber Directorate (INCD).
In her role, she leads national R&D and defense programs focused on the secure adoption of advanced technologies, including cloud computing, quantum technologies, artificial intelligence, and emerging digital infrastructures.
Previously at the INCD, Ms. Shemer held roles in critical infrastructure cybersecurity, serving as a Cybersecurity Guidance Manager for the communications and financial sectors, and as a Critical Infrastructure Guidance Officer. She also led the Nimbus National Cloud Cyber Defense Program, supporting Israel’s governmental cloud transformation.
Prior to joining the public sector, Ms. Shemer was a Senior Manager at PwC, where she led strategic consulting engagements in cybersecurity, emerging technologies, business continuity, and enterprise risk management.
Ms. Shemer holds an MBA and a BA in Business Administration and Information Systems with honors from the College of Management.
