Mr. Haim Litvak is a Director of Innovation at the Technology Division, Israel National Cyber Directorate
(INCD).
Prior to the INCD, Haim worked in high-tech companies: large enterprise & startups, mostly in R&D, NPI,
SW & HW Infrastructure and InfoSec areas. 
Haim is responsible on behalf of the INCD for a dual use cyber defense ICS program. Solutions,
methodologies and professional support focused in OT / ICS critical cyber infrastructure. Leading on
behalf of the INCD the ICS Cybersecurity National Lab - ICNL.
Haim holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Techenion.
