Mr. Takayuki Doi is a cross-border venture investor and ecosystem builder focused on bridging Israeli deep tech innovation with Japanese enterprises and capital markets. He is a General Partner of Atlacle, an early-stage venture fund investing in Israeli B2B, AI, cybersecurity, and deep tech startups, with a strong emphasis on commercialization and strategic partnerships in Japan.  In parallel with his investment activities, Doi plays an active role in building international founder and technologist communities. He is deeply involved with the Silicon Valley Japan Platform (SVJP), where he designs and leads programs, executive roundtables, and cross-border initiatives connecting entrepreneurs, technologists, corporate leaders, and investors across Japan, the United States, and Israel.  Simultaneously, Doi also works in enterprise-facing financial and data infrastructure businesses, collaborating with global brokerage firms, fintech companies, and market data providers across Asia. His work spans product strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market efforts for institutional and enterprise clients.  Through his investment, community, and operating roles, Doi focuses on translating Israel’s frontier technologies into real-world business impact in global markets, particularly by aligning innovation with long-term industrial, financial, and societal needs.
