Alon is a Senior Legal Counsel and team leader at the Israel National Cyber Directorate (INCD).
In this role, he advises a wide range of units, including the operational unit and the unit responsible for national critical infrastructure and strategic national projects.
His work lies at the intersection of law and technology, with a particular focus on cybersecurity, cybercrime, privacy and data protection, and the legal aspects of emerging technologies.
Alon is also involved in government legislation in technological domains and its practical implementation.
Prior to joining the INCD, Alon spent nearly a decade at the State Attorney’s Office, where he gained extensive litigation experience, representing the State before various judicial forums.
He holds an LL.B. from the College of Management and an LL.M. in Criminal Law from Tel Aviv University.
