Amit Hammer is the CEO of Salvador Tech and a recognized leader in OT and ICS cyber resilience. He brings over 20 years of business and technology leadership across defense, semiconductors, AI, and energy. Amit began his career as an officer in an elite intelligence R&D unit, where he gained deep expertise in cybersecurity and advanced technologies. He then spent a decade at Texas Instruments (TI), holding global leadership roles in connectivity and IoT, including business unit leader at TI’s Dallas headquarters. Transitioning to the startup ecosystem, Amit served as CEO of Neura, an AI and big data company, where he led its transformation into a B2B SaaS platform delivering real-time behavioral intelligence. After Neura’s acquisition by Otonomo, he joined as EVP of Operations, helping shape the company’s data-driven mobility strategy. He later joined SolarEdge as Vice President of Programs and Operations, driving large-scale cross-functional initiatives for one of the world’s leading renewable energy technology firms. Today, at Salvador Tech, Amit leads the mission to eliminate downtime in OT environments by building cyber resilient, future-ready organizations.
