Moshe Karako is the CTO and CISO of NTT Innovation Laboratory Israel, representing NTT Group in the Israeli innovation ecosystem. He brings more than 25 years of experience in innovation, R&D, and cybersecurity, having held senior executive and engineering roles at NEC, Samsung, Intel, and several start-up companies prior to his current role at NTT. Moshe holds multiple registered patents and brings deep technological expertise across software, hardware, firmware, RF, cloud, cybersecurity, computer vision, machine learning, and communication systems. He is also highly experienced in marketing, business development, investments, and organizational leadership.
