Kobi Menashe, Head of Guidance department and Spectrum defense, Defense Division at the INCD. Kobi is responsible on behalf of INCD to deliver methodologies, guidance and professional support in cyber spectrum defense to critical infrastructure and cyber units at the government offices, and for the guidance of Israel Mapping Center since 2019. Kobi holds a Bsc degree in History and Practical Engineer in Electronics, specializes in satcom networks, GNSS and CRF in organizational consultant and development. In his previous role, Kobi Served 30 years at INOD C4I as the head of the Satcom branch.
