As Founder and CTO of Applicology Incorporated, he drives innovation in cybersecurity risk assessment, cloud migration, and technology due diligence for organizations navigating complex digital landscapes. Bob also serves as a Senior Partner at OODA LLC, a premier global advisory firm renowned for its expertise in security, technology, and intelligence strategy.  In addition, Bob is a Venture Partner with Guardian Ventures LTD.  A Board Qualified Technical Executive (QTE), Bob is a trusted advisor to multiple early-stage technology companies and is a former co-chair of the Cloud Security Alliance’s Software Defined Perimeter Working Group. He is also an independent Director for Filter Labs.  Bob’s distinguished 31-year career at the Central Intelligence Agency culminated in his role as the Agency’s first enterprise Chief Technology Officer, following pivotal assignments across the Directorates of Intelligence, Support, and Operations.  Bob holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Statistics from Virginia Tech, and continues to influence the cybersecurity and intelligence communities through strategic leadership, technical expertise, and a relentless drive for innovation.
