Lisya Bahar Manoah is the Chairperson of Elron Ventures and a Managing Partner at Arieli Group, a US based 3rd generation family office. With extensive experience in managing PE & VC funds, as well as M&A transactions, Lisya has invested in companies ranging from early stage startups to Nasdaq listed firms across various industries.
At Elron Ventures, Lisya invests in early growth ventures in cybersecurity, deep tech, defense tech, and SaaS via Elron’s different investment vehicles, including CyberFuture – Elron’s Cyber MicroFund, Rafael Development Corporation (RDC) and Evergreen Fund. Lisya sits on the board of leading portfolios and brings access to global markets, scale up and achieve growth.
