Nofar leads early-stage investments across Cyber, AI, and Enterprise Software, with deep expertise in building and scaling category-defining Cybersecurity companies. She joined Glilot in 2018 to found and build its Value Creation platform and its CISOs Advisory Board while providing hands-on operational, go-to-market, and strategic support to founders. Previously, Nofar led global startup partnerships at Microsoft, connecting high-growth startups with Fortune 500 customers, and gaining deep exposure to enterprise buying, security needs, and global go-to-market. Before that, she invested at JVP and led startup business development at Deloitte. An alumna of IDF Unit 8200 and a two-time excellence award recipient, Nofar holds an Honored MBA from BGU in partnership with Columbia University.
