Since June 1st, 2023, he was appointed as the Board Member for Finance, IT and Legal Affairs of the SKODA AUTO Management Board. Holger Peters is a member of Europcar Mobility Group’s Supervisory Board and a Member of Green Mobility Holding’s Supervisory Board. In his previous role, Holger Peters managed the Volkswagen Group’s Transformation Office dedicated to establish cooperation with EMG and worked as the Volkswagen representative in the Consortium with Attestor and PON. Prior to this, Holger Peters was the CEO of Porsche Financial Services GmbH & Co. KG and the Group Executive Officer of the Porsche Financial Services Group which provides mobility, insurance and financial services in more than 16 countries to the Volkswagen Group Brands: Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini and Bugatti. Overall, Holger Peters has more than 27 years of experience in the Volkswagen Group with various international top management roles at OEM, captive and retail level
